Join Mecca from Confidence Builds In Heels in an immersive heels dance routine that will leave you feeling confident and the goddess that you are. Beginner friendly!

Confidence Builds in Heels holds a wide range of classes that are beyond heels dance training even though heels dance training is the foundation of their organization. Their choreographers hold the same mission and intention to empower and lead others through soulful intentional movement and more.

Movement Improvisation Skills with Lavendelle

This all-levels workshop will lead participants through movement improvisation exercises to help build confidence and comfort with exploring new movements.
Do you ever feel stuck and uninspired when creating choreography for an act? Have you ever gotten on stage and realized that you need to make adjustments in the moment? This workshop will introduce you to improvisation exercises that will build your skills and give you practical tools to use when you need to create!
What to wear:
Please wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in. Footwear is your choice - socks, tennis shoes, heels, barefoot, any option is acceptable.

Reveal and Conceal: Silk Fans for Burlesque

This class will offer a couple flirty combos to help inspire and elevate your use of silk fans on the stage! It will also offer multiple ways to use silk fans for body framing, along with incorporating the tease & reveal elements that we so love in the Burlesque world!

What to bring:

Equal parts Decadence and Danger…Informally known as The Sass Dragon, Simone DeLove is dually known for her use of Silk and Fire. A performing artist from the Dayton community, she is often seen performing with Gem City Burlesque & Passion Productions. She is a Co-Founder of Dayton’s fire performance troupe, Sage Fire Troupe, and also offers classes & private lessons exploring the art of silk fans.
